AI strategy consulting that ends in a plan you can approve

An AI strategy is worth something when leadership can approve it, fund it, and check it. Ours ends with a 12-Month Plan ranked by return, a dollar number attached to a real workflow, and a Board Brief for the meeting we're not in.

Zorn AI works with Canadian leadership teams at companies of 30 people and up.

A fanned stack of seven documents representing the findings from Foundation.

When you need this

You've got AI happening in three departments and no plan connecting any of it. Someone asks what the strategy is, and the honest answer is that there are six opinions.

Or you're being asked for a number. Somebody on the board wants to know what AI is worth here, and nobody can answer without guessing.

What Foundation produces

Foundation is the strategy work. Two to four weeks, scoped to the size of the business. Half a day on site, staff interviews, your tool and spend records, and one workflow walked end to end.

It closes with The Findings Session and seven documents:

  • The Six-Owner Score, your baseline for everything after
  • The AI Inventory: every tool, seat, and dollar, including the ones nobody mentioned
  • The Workflow Map, with the SOP gaps marked
  • One workflow walked end to end, with the dollar number attached
  • The Governance One-Pager your staff will actually read
  • The 12-Month Plan, ranked by return and sequenced
  • The Board Brief, for the meeting we're not in

Plus thirty days of email support and a team training session.

The outcome we hold ourselves to: a number you can put in front of a CFO and have it hold.

What a strategy has to settle

Five things, and most AI strategies settle two of them.

1. Where AI actually pays off here. Ranked, with dollars attached, not a list of everything that's technically possible.

2. What happens first. Sequenced. A plan that treats twelve things as equally urgent isn't a plan.

3. Who owns it. Six parts, six names. Without that, adoption drifts between teams and nobody's accountable for the system.

4. What the rules are. What's supported, what needs a review, what never happens. Teams need one shared path for the uncertain cases.

5. How you'll know it's working. Dollars and how the work feels. Usage stats don't pay the bills.

Strategy connects to the rest

Strategy on its own is a document. It works when it's attached to the current state, the rules, and the people doing the work.

Who this is for

Canadian leadership teams at companies of 30 people and up, any industry, where AI use has started and a direction hasn't.

Questions

01 What is AI strategy consulting?

Work that decides where AI pays off in your business, who owns it, what the rules are, and how you'll measure it. At Zorn AI that's Foundation, and it ends in seven documents your leadership team can approve.

02 How long does it take?

Two to four weeks, scoped to the size of the business.

03 Is this a strategy document or an implementation?

Foundation is the strategy and the plan. The building happens in Adoption, where two priority workflows get rebuilt as SOPs and shipped as working skills.

04 Do you recommend specific tools?

The AI Inventory covers what you're already paying for, what to keep, and what to retire. We're not reselling anything, so the answer is whatever fits the work.

05 What if we already know what we want to build?

Then Foundation is shorter and mostly confirms it, or you skip to a scoped build. We'll tell you on the call which one applies.
